Q) How do I sign up for your affiliate program?
A) You will need to fill out our Affiliate Program Application www.templatemonster.com/register_aff.php. After the registration process you will receive an email containing all the information you need to get started and supplementing your income.

Q) How much do you pay in commissions?
A) Affiliates earn 20% commissions of all purchases made via their affiliate link or their template shop based on our affiliate scripts lifetime. You can withdraw your earnings from your affiliate account using 4 different payment methods: MoneyBookers, ACH (Direct deposit), Check payment and Wire Transfer. Detailed information about available payment methods can be found at http://www.mytemplatestorage.com/help/terms.php.

Q) How often are commissions paid?
A) Commissions are paid upon your request after you earn at least 100$. You can make a request for the payment pressing "Withdraw money" button in your affiliate account.

Q) Do you offer any commissions statistics?
A) Yes. Once you've been approved for our affiliate program simply log into your affiliate account and check "Financial Statistics".

Q) How are my sales tracked?
A) Affiliate links contain unique identifiers allowing us to "cookie" anyone coming from your web site. Over 99% of all Internet users have cookies enabled in their browsers (less than 1% of all users have their cookies disabled). Once our cookie is set it's never expired. This means if someone came from your web site to one of our online stores, having purchased nothing but came back a few months later to make a purchase, you would still get your commission.

Q) Do I earn commissions on unique purchases?
A) Yes. You will get commissions of ALL purchases including website templates, logo templates, flash intro templates and all products we will launch in the future.

Q) I discovered that my commissions were decreased during 2 days after sale ?
A) If one of our online stores refunds a purchase you received a commission for, the commission you earned for that purchase will be subtracted from your commission earnings. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank chargebacks etc.

Q) What do I do if I've lost my Affiliate Program password?
A) Use our password retrieval link to request lost passwords. We will email your password to you using the email address you've provided while joining our affiliate program at www.mytemplatestorage.com/join.php

Q) How do I make money with TemplateMonster.com?
A) Our affiliate program allows users to earn money in several ways, from simply referring visitors through an affiliate link to Private Labeled distribution (reselling templates under your own brand) of high quality website templates from Template Monster. The program is very flexible and can be added to any website with different levels of integration.

Q) I don't have a website but I would like to join your advanced affiliate program.
A) Unfortunately you cannot join the program without having a website. According to the new rules of affiliate registration and submission you can become an affiliate only in case you have a website that is up and running. In case you plan to sell templates on a brand new website devoted to templates only, we would still appreciate if you provided us with the links to some of your previously existing websites.

Q) When You Receive Payment ?
A) Usually it takes up to 72 hours for our staff to initiate the transfer. When your request for payment is processed the estimated time of commission arrival: Moneybookers - money is waiting for you in moneybookers account. ACH Payment - it will take up to 2-3 business days for money to come to your bank account. Wire Transfer - it will take up to 3-5 business days for money to come to your bank account.

Q) As a non-US company we would like to present the cost of each template in both US $ and other currency - would this be possible?
A) Our merchant system let your customers pay in your local currency which will be automatically converted in USD.

Q) I'm not familiar with scripts. How can I use your online catalog on my site where it will be seamless (no evidence of where it comes from) to the client? In other words, make it look like it all comes from my site? Can this be done?
A) Our catalog is seamless, so you will never see "TemplateMonster.com" or other similar words if you would like to preview our templates. Simply generate our interface in your affiliate account, copy and paste code on your webpage.

Q) Refreshing my affiliate page I see some orders going back to the right status, one of them is still marked as "fraud". Why?
A) The reason why some orders of yours are marked as "Fraud" is because they were cancelled by our Billing Department. This may have happened due to expiration of the pending period of the order or because the order failed to pass our Billing Verification System. That means that your customers' credit card accounts will be credited for the amount of the charge and your affiliate account will be debited for the amount of the commission you received for that order.

Q) We are a non-US based company. One of the problems we have is that some customers reject templates shown on our webpage because they don't know English. Is it possible to show template description in our language?
A) For the time being you have a possibility to select the following languages in the affiliate interface account: English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese, Czech, Italian, Polish, Danish.
