Five days now and counting that I am not able to use the site because of an apparent misfunction. Pretty terrible customer service - arrogant, impolite and not prepared to read my messages properly. I've worked with Monster for years, have always loved their sites and brilliant service... but this time, enough's enough: I buy a site, it works; if it doesn't, you mend it. End of.
