Thanks for choosing us and for feedback. There are some limitations due to T3 framework butt we wil try to overcome and add some more flexibility. Actually the last 2 templates of JoomlaTema have logo flexibility now (Atomizer and Educate). We appreciate your feedback and will consider them for future releases.
