I wanted something that was pretty upon arrival and then more utilitarian inside. This template is exactly that. Not a lot of neat effects to draw the attention away from the content. Many templates are beautiful and have lazy boxes and sliders and are really fun to browse through. That's great if you're not trying to sell a product or service, or you're not trying to teach someone something.

I own a design company and purchased this for a realty client and am customizing it for them. This template is so very professional and sleek. I couldn't ask for an easier and customizable template for a Real Estate Site. The main reasons I choose this template was: 1. WordPress Responsive 2. Professional Design 3.
