1. I chose this website because it was 1. Simple 2. Clean design 3. Liked the 14-dinosaur options on the front page. 2. I am a freelancer and do some website and graphic design on the side. Also a marketing manager for a large corporation. 3. Using the site for our historical society and museum website. Additional answers from other questions: 4. The site is for me as I am on the board of directors and purchased it for the society to draw in membership and people interested in attending the museum. 5. The site's URL is www.chelseahistorymuseum.org. However its not finished at the template wasn't as easy to use as I thought. I am going to switch to a word press version. 6. Many of the options in the template didn't work or required additional plug-in. This should be stated before purchasing the template. 7. I have contacted your support more than 15+ times from installing the template to questions about its usability. Service was hit or miss. When installing, I spoke to several different people and each time they had a different way of installing the template. It took me about 2 days and about 8 hours to get it right. I was very frustrated. 8. I have been a customer with template monster for about 7 years. 9. My overall satisfaction with template monster is a 7 out of 10. Help with installing templates needs to be easier or included in the price, as its pretty simple for the tech to do, but not for the customer who doesn't know what they are doing. Charging $50 for installation is unreasonable.
