This tutorial will show you how to install a Facebook template to your Facebook account. The installation procedure has been changed recently, so please be sure to check the tutorial below even if you installed Facebook templates before.<\/p>\r\n\r\nFacebook. How to install a template<\/a>\r\n

  1. Log into your account and navigate to this page: https:\/\/developers.facebook.com\/apps<\/a>.<\/p><\/li>\r\n\r\n

  2. Click on Add a New App<\/strong> button:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-1\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  3. In the popup window, you may select the WWW – website<\/strong> option:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-2\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  4. Click on Skip and Create App ID<\/strong> button:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-3\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  5. In another popup window, please type in your Display Name<\/strong>, Namespace<\/strong> and choose a Category<\/strong>. Note that you will be able to change this information anytime later:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-4\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  6. Open the APP settings<\/strong> page. You may change the App Display Name<\/strong>. Specify your Domain name<\/strong> in the App Domain<\/strong> section. Save your changes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-5\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  7. Click on the + Add Platform<\/strong> button. Select the first option App on Facebook<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-6\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  8. Specify your Canvas URL<\/strong> and Secure Canvas URL<\/strong>. Save your changes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-7\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  9. Click on the + Add Platform<\/strong> button and select Website<\/strong>: <\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-8\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  10. Specify your Site URL<\/strong>. Save your changes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-9\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  11. Click on the + Add Platform<\/strong> button and select Page Tab<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-10\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  12. Specify your Page Tab URL<\/strong> and Secure Page Tab URL<\/strong>. Save your changes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-11\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  13. Now we can add our APP to the profile page, using a Direct URL option: https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dialog\/pagetab?app_id=YOUR_APP_ID<\/strong>&display=popup&next=YOUR_URL<\/strong><\/em>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-12\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n

    Copy the above link and replace YOUR_APP_ID<\/strong> and YOUR_URL<\/strong>:<\/p><\/li>\r\n\r\n

  14. Follow the link and you will see the Add Page Tab<\/strong> box. Choose a page which you want to add this APP to and click the Add Page Tab<\/strong> button:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-13\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n

  15. Now open your page. You will see the APP thumbnail on your Timeline:\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"fb-create-app-14\"<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n
