Working with Magento e-commerce store you can encounter the issue with the missing products. For example you added product to some category and it’s not displayed at the frontend. <\/p>\r\n

<\/p>\r\n

Let’s check what could cause such issue. <\/p>\r\n

Product settings<\/h4>\r\n

1. First of all open Magento admin panel and go to the Catalog > Products<\/strong> section. Click the product in the listing to open the product settings page. <\/p>\r\n

2. From the left column menu click the Inventory<\/strong> item<\/p>\r\n

3. If the option Manage Stock<\/strong> is enabled make sure the Qty<\/strong> value is not 0. Also the Stock Availability<\/strong> option should be set to In stock<\/strong> \"\"<\/a><\/p>\r\n

4. If the option Manage Stock<\/strong> is disabled no need to perform any changes. <\/p>\r\n

Cache and product index<\/h4>\r\n

When you are done editing the product settings you need to clear Magento cache and reindex products. To clear Magento cache go to System > Cache Management<\/strong> section and clear all cache. Feel free to check the detailed tutorial on how to clear Magento cache<\/a><\/p>\r\n

To reindex Magento store go to System > Index management<\/strong>, check all options and click Reindex button. <\/p>\r\n

Missing new products<\/h4>\r\n

If you have issue with missing products in the New Products<\/strong> block make sure you added them correctly. Feel free to check the following tutorials:<\/p>\r\n

    Make sure you cleared Magento cache and reindexed products after adding new goods. <\/p>\r\n
