The Joomla editor is used to format text in Joomla (articles, K2 items, categories description etc). <\/p>\r\n<p>The editor can be enabled in Joomla administration panel &gt; <strong>Global Configuration<\/strong>. In the <strong>Site settings<\/strong> block use the <strong>Default editor<\/strong> select box to select the WYSIWYG editor or disable it. Depending on your version of Joomla you can have different editors available. <\/p>\r\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/info.template-help.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/joomla-wysiwyg-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/info.template-help.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/joomla-wysiwyg-1-300x100.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"joomla-wysiwyg-1\" width=\"300\" height=\"100\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-14441\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p class=\"attention\">Please note: we highly recommend you to disable the editor while working with the Custom HTML modules in Joomla as the editor can damage the module code. <\/p>\r\n<p>OK, now we have selected the editor and can proceed to the articles editing.
