This tutorial is going to show you how to fix “No Carrier Available To Delivery” <\/strong> error on your PrestaShop 1.5 site when ordering products.<\/p>\r\n

\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

PrestaShop 1.5.x Troubleshooter. “No Carrier Available To Delivery” error<\/a><\/p>\r\n

This message is displayed when there are no carriers assigned to a zone in which your selected country lies.<\/p>\r\n

For instance, you’d like to add a European country to the “Country”<\/strong> drop-down box of the checkout page. You are going to log into your PrestaShop admin panel and go to the Localization -> Countries<\/strong> menu. Find the country in the list and click the “cross” sign next to it to enable it. <\/p>\r\n

Now, if you go ahead and select this country in the drop-box on the checkout page, you might get this error:<\/p>\r\n

    Make sure the zone this country belongs to is active. In your PrestaShop admin panel\u00a0 go to the Localization-> Zones \u00a0<\/strong>menu. Enable the Zones <\/strong>you want to sell your products to by clicking on them under the Enabled<\/strong> column.<\/p>\r\n

    Now you need to configure the\u00a0 carriers section. Go to the Shipping -> Carriers<\/strong> menu. Select the carrier that you want to edit.<\/p>\r\n

    Click on\u00a02.Shipping locations and costs <\/strong>and check the correct zones you want to send products related to the carrier selected before.
