How to backup a database"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This  tutorial is going to show you how to export data from your MySQL database using  phpMyAdmin. You can find a link to phpMyAdmin in your control panel. It  depends on your hosting package, so the directions may differ from the ones  you may have in your Cpanel.&nbsp; <\/p>\r\n<p>In  order to export your database, <\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n  <li>Login to  cPanel with the usernale and password you hosting provider gave you.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Find an  icon for phpMyAdmin and click on it.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/database_exporting_1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/database_exporting_1-300x66.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"database_exporting_1\" width=\"300\" height=\"66\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-21541\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.templatemonster.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/database_exporting_1-300x66.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.templatemonster.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/database_exporting_1.jpg 517w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n  <li>It is going  to take you to phpMyAdmin.&nbsp;The list of  available databases will be listed on the left hand side once you get into  phpMyAdmin.<\/li>\r\n  <li>Using  Ctrl+F you can easily highlight the one you are going to export. Once you do, the backup will be created and saved.
