This tutorial is going to show you how to activate a twitter widget (API 1.1) in JS animated templates. If your template comes with a twitter widget HTML code like:\r\n\r\nJS Animated. How to activate a twitter widget (API 1.1)<\/a>\r\n \r\n

In order to  activate it,<\/p>\r\n
    \r\n  
  1. Go to https:\/\/twitter.com\/settings\/widgets<\/a><\/li>\r\n  
  2. Log in, if needed, into your twitter  account.<\/li>\r\n  
  3. Click “Create New<\/strong>”.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n  
  4. On the next page under Configuration<\/strong> you can change the  default settings, when needed (like height, theme, link color etc). The results  of your manipulations can be seen on the right.\u00a0  Or you may skip the step if you wish to make changes to the widget  later.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n  
  5. Click “Create Widget<\/strong>”. This will create a new field with some code  highlighted.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n  
  6. Copy the code.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n  
  7. Open the .html file in Dreamweaver and  paste the code where you would like to see your twitter widget.<\/li>\r\n  
  8. Save the changes and open the file  in a web browser. The twitter widget should appear where you added the code.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n  
  9. Using Firebug for Firefox<\/a> you may  change the default height\/width etc of your widget to match the layout of your  site. <\/li>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n
