This tutorial is going to help you fix the problem of missing tags related to Joomla! 3.0.x templates and Joomla! 3.1.x compatibility.<\/p>\r\n

Joomla 3.x. Joomla 3.0.x templates and Joomla 3.1.x compatibility (Tags issue)<\/a><\/p>\r\n

If your template is for Joomla! 3.0.x and was installed using Joomla!3.1.x, sometimes such errors may occur:<\/p>\r\n

\"joomla30_template_on_joomla31_issue_with_tags_fixing_1\"<\/a><\/p>\r\n

And\u00a0 if you log into the admin panel, there\u00a0 will be no “Tags”<\/strong> menu under “Components.”<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

In order to enable the tags:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. Log into your Joomla! admin panel and go to the top menu System -> Global Configuration.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  2. Click the Server<\/strong> tab and check your database prefix.\r\n

  3. If it is not default (jos_), in the code below replace jos_ everywhere with\u00a0your database prefix.\r\n

  5. Access your database through  phpMyadmin or other tool your hosting provides. It is suggested you make a backup  copy of the database<\/a> before you proceed.<\/li>\r\n
  6. Click the SQL<\/strong> tab. <\/li>\r\n
  7. Paste the code and click Go<\/strong>.\r\n

  8. No errors after it’s been imported mean  \u00a0everything was done correctly. <\/li>\r\n
