This tutorial is going to show you how to install a Cherry Framework template (starting with version 3.1 and up) on your WordPress site.<\/p>\r\n

The installation process includes two steps: the framework installation and the child theme installation. Both steps are basically identical and easy to follow. Before you proceed, make sure you have downloaded the template on your and unzipped it.<\/p>\r\n

Cherry Framework Installation<\/h3>\r\n
    \r\n
  1. \r\n

    Log into your WordPress admin panel (add \/wp-admin to your domain name in the browser address bar).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  2. \r\n

    Go to the menu Appearance<\/strong> > Themes<\/strong> and click the Add New <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\r\n

    Click the Upload<\/strong> button. Click Browse<\/strong> and navigate to the unzipped template package on your computer.<\/p>\r\n

    Look for a file called CherryFramework.zip<\/strong> in the theme <\/strong>folder of the template package. Click on it to select, then click Open<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

    Click the Install Now<\/strong> button and wait until the installation is complete.<\/p>\r\n

    Congratulations, you have just installed the framework. Now you can proceed to installing the child theme.<\/p>\r\n

    Theme Installation<\/h3>\r\n

    The steps are the same:<\/p>\r\n

      Click the Activate<\/strong> link to change the current layout of the site to the theme your purchased. <\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      Plugins Installation<\/h3>\r\n

        Under Appearance<\/strong> -> Themes <\/strong>you will see a warning saying that your theme requires certain plugins to be installed for its proper working. Click on Begin Installing Plugins<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

        Check all the plugins and select Install<\/strong> in the drop-down menu. Click Apply<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n

        Wait until the installation is complete.<\/p>\r\n
