    Log into your Prestashop administration area, go to Preferences ->SEO & URL’s<\/strong> section. Scroll down to locate the “Base URI”<\/strong> field. Change the URL from existing to the new one, e.g. from \/andre\/prestashop\/shop\/<\/strong> to \/andre\/prestashop\/<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

    Click “Save”<\/strong> button at the bottom right:<\/p>\r\n

    Now, access your FTP or hosting control panel File Manager and navigate to the directory Prestashop is currently installed in. Highlight all the files and copy\/move it from sub-directory to the root:<\/p>\r\n
