Sometimes, while creating a new customer account in PrestaShop, you may face the “Newsletter is required error”<\/strong> which does not allow to save the account without checking the Newsletter<\/strong> field:<\/p>\r\n

In this tutorial we will show you how to deal with this error.<\/p>\r\n

To get rid of the error, follow these steps:<\/p>\r\n

    Log into your PrestaShop admin panel.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  2. \r\n

    Navigate to Customers<\/strong>-> Customers<\/strong> section:<\/p>\r\n

    Click the \u201c+Set required fields for this section\u201d<\/strong> option:<\/p>\r\n
