This tutorial shows how to solve the issue with mobile layout, specifically when theme does not show up properly on mobile devices in PrestaShop 1.5.x\/1.6.x.<\/p>\r\n

    Open admin section, go to Preferences -> Themes<\/strong>. Open Mobile<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\r\n

    Usually, this issue appears when theme is set for mobile and\/or smartphones layout (like on the screenshot above). By default, the theme uses media queries for mobile layout and that is why you do not need to set it for mobile layout in your admin panel. Select I’d like to disable it <\/strong>option and save changes:<\/p>\r\n

    Clear Prestashop cache<\/a>.
    \r\n Clear your browser cache and refresh the page. We have solved the issue. Template shows up properly now: <\/p>\r\n
