This tutorial shows how to install template using Demo Profile (starting from template #52000).<\/p>\r\n

Drupal 7.x. How to install the template using Demo Profile (starting from template #52591)<\/a><\/p>\r\n

In order to install template using Demo Profile<\/strong>, you should do the following:<\/p>\r\n\r\n

  1. \r\n

    Upload Drupal engine files to the server.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  2. \r\n

    Copy the content of sample_data\/<\/strong> folder from the template package to the root directory of your Drupal installation on the server. You can overwrite the existing engine files. This folder contains theme files, modules, libraries, media files, demo profile, and some corrections required for the proper site functionality.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  3. \r\n

    Type your website URL in a browser address bar to start Drupal installation process.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  4. \r\n

    On the initial installation page you will need to select the installation profile. Choose Demonstration site<\/strong> and click Save and Continue<\/strong> button:<\/p>\r\n

    Fill in the fields with your database name, username, password and hostname of the previously created database. You can create database following this link<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

    On the Choose snapshot<\/strong> step select the snapshop with the name of your theme, and click the Restore<\/strong> button.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Snapshot<\/strong> is a copy of a database that contains sample data and info about modules used in the template. The snapshot is in the MySQL database format. <\/p>\r\n

    To make your site look exactly like the template demo, it is important to install the snapshot.<\/p>\r\n

    Click Visit your new site link or in a browser address bar type http:\/\/www.example.com\/?q=user , where www.example.com is your website URL to reach Drupal admin panel login page.<\/p>\r\n

    To log in as website administrator use the following details: username admin<\/strong> and password admin123<\/strong>. <\/p>\r\n

    We recommend that you change the password immediately after installation for security reasons.<\/p>\r\n
