This tutorial shows how to work with TM Olark Chat module<\/strong> in PrestaShop.<\/p>\r\n

PrestaShop 1.6.x. How to work with “TM Olark Chat” module<\/a><\/p>\r\n

This module can be installed\/uninstalled as any other PrestaShop module.<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. \r\n

    Navigate to Modules > Modules > TM Olark Chat<\/strong> in the admin.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  2. \r\n

    If the module is not installed, install and enable<\/i><\/strong> it and then click Configure<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

    Set Live mode<\/strong> to Yes<\/i><\/strong> to make the chat visible for your site visitors.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

    Enter your Olark site ID<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

    If you do not have the ID, register on the official Olark website<\/a> to get the ID for your website:<\/p>\r\n

    Save<\/strong> the changes.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
