This tutorial shows how to manage Cherry Simple Slider<\/strong> plugin in CherryFramework 4.<\/p>\r\n

CherryFramework 4. How to manage Cherry Simple Slider plugin<\/a><\/p>\r\n

Cherry Simple Slider plugin<\/a> is activated under the Plugins<\/strong> tab of WordPress Dashboard.<\/p>\r\n

  1. \r\n

    In order to add, edit or delete the slider, navigate to the Slides List<\/strong> tab in WordPress admin panel. Select the slide post you would like to edit and click Trash or Edit<\/strong> link under the Post title:\r\n <\/p>\r\n

    To replace the existing slide with yours, click the Edit\/<\/strong> link, scroll the page down, find the Featured images<\/strong> on the right. Click the Featured image<\/strong> thumbnail.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  3. \r\n

    In the Set Featured Image<\/strong> window, select the existing image from Media Library<\/strong>. You can upload a new Slide via the Upload Files<\/strong> tab as well. Select a new image and click the Set Featured image<\/strong> button.\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  4. \r\n

    To add more pics to slider, navigate to Slides List -> Add new slide<\/strong> tab. In the Format<\/strong> tab on the right, select whether to upload a new Image or Video. Next, click the Set Featured image<\/strong> link on the right to upload images for standard post. In case Video format<\/strong> is selected, add video using the Post Format options<\/strong> tab. Publish the post:<\/p>\r\n

  5. \r\n

    Number of posts displayed is controlled under the Cherry -> Options<\/strong> tab of admin panel. Increase the value in the Number of slides<\/strong> field. Save the changes and preview the site.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
