Cherry Framework 4. Navigation settings overview<\/a><\/p>\r\n There is a great Cherry Options<\/strong> dashboard in Cherry Framework 4 that allows to manage multiple sections of your site easily to make it look beautiful.<\/p>\r\n The “Navigation”<\/strong> appears to be one of these options. Let’s learn how to manage it.<\/p>\r\n The tutorial assumes you are already logged into your WordPress dashboard.<\/p>\r\n Navigate to Cherry ->Options<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\r\n Then click the “Navigation”<\/strong> tab to open the Navigation settings interface:<\/p>\r\n Two main sections appear in front of you: “Header Menu Typography”<\/strong> and “Footer Menu Typography”<\/strong> – each one has a block of options available for editing.<\/p>\r\n You can edit the Font Family<\/strong>, Font Size<\/strong>, Font Style<\/strong>, etc. both for Header Menu<\/strong> and Footer Menu<\/strong> by altering respective options.<\/p>\r\n Good news are that you can see how performed changes affect your site right away in the example field below each section:<\/p>\r\n You do not have to navigate to your front-end each time some change is made – the font changes dynamically in the field as any kind of editing is performed.<\/p>\r\n You can also see the “Arrows markup”<\/strong> option at the bottom of the Navigation<\/strong> editing screen. It allows you to decide whether the menu item that owns sub-menus will have an indication arrow:<\/p>\r\n Now, let’s review the “Pagination”<\/strong> and “Breadcrumbs”<\/strong> options which appear to be a part of the “Navigation”<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n “Pagination”<\/strong> includes the followng settings: Pagination position<\/strong>, Prev\/next buttons<\/strong>, Pagination label<\/strong>, Prev button label<\/strong>, Next button label<\/strong>, Show all the pages<\/strong>, End size<\/strong> and Mid size<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n Pay attention to the “Pagination position”<\/strong> setting which is probably the most important one – you can choose where exactly you wish the pagination to be located at – “After posts loop”<\/strong>, “Before posts loop”<\/strong> or “Both”<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n As for other settings you may check out the short description<\/strong> below each setting title to get a slight idea on what each setting does:<\/p>\r\n Let’s navigate to “Breadcrumbs”<\/strong> option now.<\/p>\r\n It includes the following settings: Breadcrumbs<\/strong>, Page title<\/strong>, Breadcrumbs mobile<\/strong>, Home page breadcrumbs<\/strong>, Item separator<\/strong> and Breadcrumbs prefix<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n Breadcrumbs<\/strong> appear to be a powerful tool that eases the navigation process on your site for the site visitors.<\/p>\r\n Therefore you may want to enable it throughout your website:<\/p>\r\n You may also control whether the breadcrumbs will be displayed on mobiles and tablets by editing the “Breadcrumbs mobile”<\/strong> setting:<\/p>\r\n\r\n
