This tutorial will show you how to replace favicon in Shopify store.<\/p>\r\n

Shopify. How to replace favicon <\/a><\/p>\r\n

In order to replace it, you should perform the following steps:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. \r\n

    Log into the Shopify Admin<\/strong> with your login credentials.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  2. \r\n

    Navigate to Online Store -> Themes -> Customize theme<\/strong>. By default, favicon can be replaced in ‘General settings’<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

    Click ‘Replace’<\/strong> button and browse your custom favicon image on the computer, upload it:<\/p>\r\n

    After you’re done, click ‘Save’<\/strong> button and open the home page to see the changes.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Now let’s try to re-upload it in a different way.<\/p>\r\n

      Open the admin panel, go to Online Store -> Themes -> Customize theme -> Edit HTML\/CSS<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n

      Open ‘Assets’<\/strong> and search for existing favicon image, remove it:<\/p>\r\n

      After you’re done, click ‘Add a new asset’<\/strong> button. Browse your custom favicon image on the computer and upload it. It should be of the same size\/name\/extension as default one:<\/p>\r\n
