This tutorial shows how to enable user login\/registration in Shopify.<\/p>\r\n

How to enable Login\/Registration<\/h3>\r\n

Login\/Registration feature is inbuilt within our templates. If it doesn’t appear in the front-end by default, perform the following steps:<\/p>\r\n

    Open website’s admin panel.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  2. \r\n

    Navigate to the Settings> Checkout> Customer Accounts<\/strong>: <\/p>\r\n

    Select ‘Accounts are required’<\/strong>. Enable Multipass Login feature if required (this is optional).<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

    Click ‘Save’ <\/strong>on top to update the changes.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    Get back to the site’s admin panel to check the results. Login\/Registration option is now available for the site.<\/p>\r\n

    How to edit the form<\/h3>\r\n

    If you’d like to customize the form after its activation, files should be modified: <\/p>\r\n

      Navigate to Online store> Themes> Edit HTML\/CSS <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

    2. \r\n

      Use quick search to locate customers\/register.liquid <\/strong>file. It is usually located under the ‘Templates’ <\/strong>section. The file contains code for the form fields and its available options. Update the form via current online code editor: <\/p>\r\n

      If you have custom template for the registration<\/strong>, click ‘Add a new template button’<\/strong>. Select ‘customers\/register’<\/strong> in the drop-down list, type template name. Then press ‘Create Template’<\/strong> button to apply the change:<\/p>\r\n
