This tutorial shows how to resolve the issue with Vendors in Virtuemart.<\/p>\r\n\r\nVirtueMart 3.x. Troubleshooter. Issue with Vendors<\/a>\r\n\r\n

  1. \r\n

    We can see that Vendor settings are not available in Shop – Shop<\/strong> menu (currency settings are not available, missing vendor information, etc.):<\/p>\r\n \r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  2. \r\n

    Go to Configuration – Configuration<\/strong>. The following error may appear as well: "Your virtuemart installation contains an error: No user as marked as Vendor"<\/em>:<\/p>\r\n \r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  3. \r\n

    Scroll down to Advanced Settings and select "Enable database update tool<\/strong>". Save changes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  4. \r\n

    Go to Tools – Tools and Migration<\/strong>. We recommend that you perform database back-up before performing the next step<\/em>. Click on Install or if necessary update tables<\/strong>. Confirm your action:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  5. \r\n

    We have performed database update:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  6. \r\n

    Go to Orders and Shoppers – Shoppers<\/strong>. Open your admin (super user) account:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  7. \r\n

    Provide Shopper information. Be sure to fill out all forms. Make sure you have provided information in additional tabs (in case they are available). Save changes:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  8. \r\n

    Now our account has Shopper Number:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  9. \r\n

    Open Shoppers section once again. Check admin (super user account). Click on the button "Is a vendor<\/strong>". Please check the screenshot with detailed information:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n

  10. \r\n

    Please go to Shop – Shop<\/strong>. You can set Vendor information now. Currency settings and other settings are available as well:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\"VirtueMart<\/a>\r\n<\/li>\r\n\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n
