This tutorial will show you how to manage post meta data visibility in a WordPress Cherry Framework based template.<\/p>\r\n

In other words, you\u2019ll learn how to display\/hide the following information:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. Post create date<\/li>\r\n
  2. Post create time<\/li>\r\n
  3. Post category<\/li>\r\n
  4. Post author<\/li>\r\n
  5. Comment feed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    To manage WordPress post meta display, navigate to Cherry Options->Cherry Options->Blog<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\r\n

    Here you will find a variety of customization opportunities for post meta display.<\/p>\r\n

    To remove all the post data, set the ‘View meta of the blog’<\/strong> option to ‘Do not show.’<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    Let’s see how to remove the ‘written by admin’<\/strong> block that’s located under the post content on posts single pages.<\/p>\r\n

    1. Navigate to the wp-content\/themes\/CherryFramework\/loop<\/strong> folder.<\/p>\r\n

    2. Copy the ‘loop-single.php’<\/strong> file to the wp-content\/themes\/themeXXXXX\/loop<\/strong> directory on your server.<\/p>\r\n

    In case there is no ‘loop’<\/strong> folder, you should create it manually.<\/p>\r\n

    3. Now, open this file with any text\/php editor.<\/p>\r\n

    4. Remove\/comment out the whole block that begins with ‘post-author clearfix’<\/strong> div class:<\/p>\r\n
