  1. \r\n\t\t

    Open Magento admin panel and navigate to System -> Configuration<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\r\n\t\t\"Magento._How_to_edit_Thank_you..._and_error_messages_in_contact_form_1\"<\/a>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t

  2. \r\n\t\t

    Then, scroll down to locate the “Developer”<\/strong> tab under Advanced<\/strong> section:<\/p>\r\n\t\t\"Magento._How_to_edit_Thank_you..._and_error_messages_in_contact_form_2\"<\/a>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t

  3. \r\n\t\t

    At the appeared screen, click the Translate Inline<\/strong> tab to open Inline Translation options.<\/p>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t

  4. \r\n\t\t

    Set the “Enabled for Frontend”<\/strong> option to “Yes”<\/strong> and click Save Config<\/strong> button at the upper right of the screen to apply the change:<\/p>\r\n\t\t\"Magento._How_to_edit_Thank_you..._and_error_messages_in_contact_form_3\"<\/a>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t\r\n\t

  5. \r\n\t\t

    Open the contact page on the site, fill in the form, hover the red frame<\/strong> and click the “book”<\/strong> icon to open the screen with text editing interface:<\/p>\r\n\t\"Magento._How_to_edit_Thank_you..._and_error_messages_in_contact_form_4\"<\/a>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t

  6. \r\n\t\t

    In the pop-up window, change the Your inquiry was submitted and will be responded to as soon as possible. Thank you for contacting us.<\/i><\/strong> text in the Custom:<\/strong> field to the text you need and click “Submit”<\/strong> button to apply changes.<\/p>\r\n\t\t

    If you want the change to apply to the current store language only, tick Store View Specific<\/strong> section:<\/p>\r\n\t\t\"Magento._How_to_edit_Thank_you..._and_error_messages_in_contact_form_5\"<\/a>\r\n\t\t

    You can edit the rest of the messages the same way.<\/p>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t

  7. \r\n\t\t

    Clear Magento cache and refresh the page to see changes.<\/p>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n\t

  8. \r\n\t\t\t\t

    Do not forget to disable the Translate Inline<\/strong> tool once you finish editing.<\/p>\r\n\t<\/li>\r\n<\/ol> \r\n
