Booked<\/strong> plugin allows you to customize the appointment system to fit your needs.<\/p> \r\n

The first thing you need to check is whether you have Booked plugin installed. Log into your WordPress admin panel, open Plugins<\/strong> > Installed Plugins<\/strong> page to see if you have Booked plugin installed and activated.<\/p>\r\n

If the plugin is installed and activated, you will see Appointments<\/strong> menu item in your WordPress dashboard:<\/p>\r\n\"WordPress._How_to_work_with_appointments_(based_on_Booked_plugin)_1\"<\/a>\r\n

Booking\/Approving an Appointment<\/h3>\r\n

To add a calendar with your appointments to your site, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\r\n

  1. Navigate to Appointments<\/strong> > Calendar<\/strong> section in your WordPress admin panel.<\/p><\/li>\r\n\t

  2. Enter your calendar details on the next screen.<\/p><\/li>\r\n\t

    Visit Appointments<\/strong> > Settings<\/strong> > Shortcodes<\/strong> page in your backend. You will see Display a custom calendar<\/strong> field there. Copy your calendar shortcode:<\/p>\r\n\"WordPress._How_to_work_with_appointments_(based_on_Booked_plugin)_3\"<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t

  5. Open your booking page under the Pages<\/strong> section. Paste your shortcode to the page content field. Save page and check your site.<\/p><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    To approve or reject an appointment:<\/p>\r\n

    1. Visit Appointments<\/strong> > Pending<\/strong> page in your backend.<\/p><\/li>\r\n\t

    3. Upon approval, the customer will receive a message stating that their appointment is approved. It will also appear in the Appointments<\/strong> > Appointments<\/strong> menu inside the dashboard.<\/p><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n
