The pre-sales support and advice was excellent, leading me to purchase. Once purchased, the support from the technical team was brilliant and I am now almost ready to launch my site. I thoroughly reccomend Templatemonster team!
Really nice once you get the hang of it. Frustrating to have to save 3 things just to preview a page though.
General aspect, the template looks good.
However, when you want to edit it, you don't have much possibility. You have to stay with what they created for you or you will loose everything on the page.
It's also a bit more complicated to customize for people who do not know Wordpress a lot. So if you are building a Wordpress website for a client, I would not suggest this template.
There are also a couple of bugs. Random html that appear by itself, overlaping text, the prices table is all fuck** up, etc.
One of the worst template I've bought on Template Monster and I've bought 8.
The content of purchased template has been created with Power Builder options. The case PowerBuilder is used to managed current content and create new one. Our support team is always ready to provide assistance if some if options or sections cause doubts. Feel free to contact us 24/7 with any template-related questions. Still you are not obliged to use initial customizer to set up new content (if there is any other (more convenient) tool to work with wordpress content for you). Note, you can create and manage new content with such a tool; default one can’t be updated with the help of 3rd party tools.
I downloaded this theme and found it very easy to edit and adapt to my customer's needs. I especially liked the integrated power builder.
