Technical Tips

  1. It isn’t critical what type of video recording device you will use. What we really care about is the video quality - it has to be good enough to be played on the Web. Which means:
    • Video: 640x480 video resolution minimum, 24 fps minimum
    • Sound: 128 Kbps, 44,1 KHz, mono sound allowed
    • Use one of the common video formats (.avi, . flv, .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .wmv). The .FLV format is the most welcomed.
  2. We strongly encourage you to use a tripod while recording your testimonial.
  3. Make sure you have your testimonial in a single file.
