I just had an excellent chat support experience. I had a small issue with a WordPress theme, and lucked into "Mary". She was smart, quick, and efficient, while still being quite friendly. The issue turned out to be a mistake on my end (I'm embarrassed to write that part!), but she was still able to provide advice and a support link, even though it really had nothing to do with the theme itself after all. Either I lucked out with Mary, or you have a good hiring manager and training program.

I found the installation of this theme a rather trying process. The documentation was straightforward enough, I suppose, but I kept running into problems that I could never have fixed on my own because I don't have enough knowledge. Luckily, you guys have great support service. Kate and Judy spent probably three hours with me over two days, and between them they managed to resolve every glitch. They were knowledgeable and quick. I can honestly say I've never met a more useful and competent support service as that provided by TemplateMonster. Keep up the great work!

I had a bit of trouble uploading the template, however when I asked for help on the live chat the operator, Olivia, was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to help me. She is a great asset to your company and I have to admit that this was the best customer service I have received. Editorial Tips

  1. Please make sure the video duration would be not less than 40 seconds and not longer than 120 seconds. 60-80 seconds is a perfect duration.

Technical Tips

  1. It isn’t critical what type of video recording device you will use. What we really care about is the video quality - it has to be good enough to be played on the Web. Which means:
    • Video: 640x480 video resolution minimum, 24 fps minimum
    • Sound: 128 Kbps, 44,1 KHz, mono sound allowed
    • Use one of the common video formats (.avi, . flv, .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .wmv). The .FLV format is the most welcomed.
  2. We strongly encourage you to use a tripod while recording your testimonial.
  3. Make sure you have your testimonial in a single file.

  1. Attach your testimonial video file to a new email message and send it to tm.testimonial@gmail.com (be sure to specify your name in the message subject as well as the email address you’ve used for your purchases at TemplateMonster in the message body)
