купив тему а вона не відповідає заявленій плюс не одразу встановлюється. Однозначно 1 автору і підтримки немає
Шкода це чути, але ми зайняті лише через 20 хвилин і не відповіли вам негайно. У нас є документ для встановлення теми в zip-файлі, а ви його не читали. Коли встановлюєте тему, кожна тема WordPress просто встановлює порожню тему, вам потрібно дотримуватися наших інструкцій, щоб установити плагіни та імпортувати демонстрацію. Ми надіслали вам онлайн-документацію, дотримуйтесь інструкцій, щоб правильно встановити тему. І ви можете звернутися за підтримкою в будь-який час, але зауважте, що зазвичай ми відповідаємо швидко, але не маємо на увазі відповідь вам негайно, і відповідно до іншого часового поясу іноді ми відповімо вам протягом 16 годин.

When install theme, every WordPress theme just install the empty theme, you need to follow our instruction to install the plugins and import the demo.
