Is the theme too new? It broke my site, an existing store with products. too many plugins required, many of which are conflicting. too bad

I have been asking for assistance for about a week now regarding issues I am facing. Now, the author states they will be closed for another week before they can assist.
Previous customers, who have purchased this template, have you experienced the hearts for the menu, extreme spacing in the header, and the footer showing 2 menus?

Thank you for your reply a month later.
I did/do have a ticket open with you guys since June 2023. I have yet to still receive the assistance that I have asked for numerous times. When it was revealed to me by my server provider that the author needs to create the SSH Key to assist with updating the template and then provide it to me, all of a sudden, you do not know how to create one. The update was then sent to my email without informing me, to figure it out on my own after I stated multiple times, I was unaware and uncomfortable completing it.
