Unintuitive, poorly designed, and with some of the worst documentation around. It actually makes work slower because of how awful the menu arrangements and usability are. Don't even bother if you've already got a site that you're looking to update - trying to change your old posts into the review format is impossible, at least as far as I can tell, and setting up anything resembling a working page is a pain. The idea behind it is great, but the execution is unusable.
