Congratulations for this very nice template. Could you tell me which module is integrated to manage the appointment booking ? Does it have SMS and email reminder functions? Can we create as many schedules as practitioners ? Can we connect another replacement plugin ?

Hi! The theme includes Booked plugin by Boxy Studio. It has e-mail appointment reminders. Yes, you can create as many items as you need.
You can use another booking plugin. Though, please note, that we do not provide assistance for 3rd party products.
