The theme is nice and the responsive part works great but the widgets were named poorly. Rather than taking the time to rename widget files, widgets and the source code the designer put footer 1 widget in the header. Who does that? I had to read through the source files to find it. In the directory wrapper/wrapper-header.php (NOTE ITS A HEADER FILE) you have footer-side-bar-1? Come on man. I bought the theme so that I didnt have to do hard coding but it appears as if its non-negotiable. Also, if you are going to brand the theme I bought a single license for dont make it so that I have to literally remove the whole footer to get rid of your copyright crap. No customer or respectable website wants their users to know its a theme.
