Overall this is a well-organized, clean and minimalist template, great for a modern look without the busy-ness and overwhelming colors on some of the more creative-oriented résumé templates. It's great that it comes with the business card and cover letter templates too. I used the photoshop files to edit mine, as I found the formatting too tedious in MS Word (more of a Microsoft issue). I would add that there are quite a few typos in the section headers and in the Photoshop layer names, so make sure you give everything a good proofread if you use the pre-populated categories. Also, not sure that $11 for the two sets of icons is the best value.
