Arabic-tolerant & fuzzy product search

• Added a multibyte (UTF-8) text normalizer (classes/PintaSearchNormalizer.php) that strips Arabic diacritics/harakat (tashkeel U+064B–U+0652, U+0670, tatweel U+0640), folds Arabic letter variants (أإآٱ → ا, ة → ه, ى → ي, ؤ → و, ئ → ي, standalone hamza removed, Farsi yeh/keheh folded), removes zero-width joiners, and folds Latin accents (Á → a) via Unicode NFD + combining-mark stripping (with a transliteration fallback when the intl extension is absent).
• Added a fuzzy / partial-match fallback for products: when the exact LIKE pass returns fewer rows than the limit, a bounded (capped at 3000 rows) normalized scan accepts products whose every query word fuzzily matches a product word — via substring, trigram (Jaccard) similarity, or Levenshtein distance combined with a "≥N common characters" floor (the client's "3+ characters still match" request). Fuzzy results are appended AFTER exact matches so relevance ordering is preserved.
