Storaxia - Víceúčelové téma Shopify

This product is already an outdated/expired theme (author itself said that). This is a great deception from this developer after you purchase their product and ask assistance, they will say this product is already an outdated version.. thats why Im filing a complaint against this developer WebiBazaar because they publish an expired/outdated product.. and hope template monster will not let this issue pass without paying the webibazaar damages to the clients..because until now I did not recieve any refund yet.. as I already requested.. please be careful when using themes specially from this webiBazaar developer.. if you want headache go and purchase their theme... they will fool you on their attractive demo link but after you downloaded the file on your shopify website.. theme is full of bug.. product pages-the color variant selector not working if your product that has color Burgundy or etc. the color selector shows white because their theme detects only a primary color like black red white gray. another thing is the arrangement of variant details as well as the variant selector style/color was scattered not in good position, and some product description was overlap the specified product description box on mobile view, and if you view your all products/collections normally it can be shown in grid type display but this theme it shows grid type also but there is a lot of spaces blank holes besides that the images in product description was totally deformed meaning their theme cant adapt the product picture.. Not only in product issue, but also their support.. you submit an issue.. but this Indian man did not willing to address you directly its very hard to contact with them we talk from tickets since May 2, and now its almost 1 month already but they keep on suggesting to change a theme, and I try one which is storego. same as storaxa it has full og bugs,, you submit all the issue and they will see okay I will fix that on monday but when monday arrive they reply to my ticket and said I already fix your theme responsive.. YOUR A GREAT LIAR INDIAN MAN!!!! you claim the output that's not belongs to you.. because I hired freelancer to fix the core vital/loading speed, and after that this INDIAN MAN DEVELOPER claimed that he made that works.. your a great LIAR of all INDIAN MAN.. if you can do that in your country then do that not here.. I gave him a lot of patience but this developer don't deserve.. first you are selling an outdated product this is against the law.. second if you have issues seems you talking to a wall.. I really urged template monster to investigate this issue and most of all I have the right the full refund because I received an outdated/expired product.
