Perfect support, I had a problem with woocommerce archive pages and in less than 24 hours they solved the problem very attentive and friendly, willing to help me at all times. I bought the commercial license to use this theme with my clients and with a support like this you can be calm. I would only improve that in the product category pages you can add a description before and after the listing to improve SEO issues.

I purchased this theme bgmart after talking with the templatemonster sales. They were able to send me lots of designs and I eventually ended up choosing this one.I followed the instructions and carefully uploaded the theme to my server with the wordpress site. I also managed to install the demo content too.
The demo content is important as I find it easier then to change the elements for my products and photos.
When I had a few minor css issues the support staff were able to guide me ion the right direction and I was able to wipe out any troubles.
Very pleased and I will be purchasing other templates in the future...thanks so much for the assistance.
