I nearly crying building my website with this template. here my experience:
1. I can’t believe, that even with the builder, it is still complicated. Not simple at all. Actually, I don’t know how to explain it. But even you customize the margin, it is still exhausting. Tooks long time to figure the right number. Even you duplicate the number from the fixed demo, the look is still not the same.
2. I don’t understand why it took so long to update the editing/customizing result. For example: If I edit it now, I might need to wait for hours to see the preview result.
3. The Canvas Menu will be broken on tablet and mobile.
4. The pre-defined preset not working well.

Very unfortunate to know this incident, However this shouldn't happen at all,It should work smoothly. Please provide your site super admin access and login url so we could check the issue.

I must clarify that I will rate this specific template with 3 stars (not because how it looks, because the issues I experienced with it) and... 100 stars for support and for that reason they earned a 5 star review. The support team was always aware of all the issues I was experiencing and they help me fix each one of them.
They told me “never seen these issues happening on a single site” is my hosting plan the problem? Could be.
The template looks great so I will highly recommend it to anyone who is interested and if you find any issues with it, the only thing you have to do is contact the support team. This is how the template looks like: https://www.manuexplorers.com.
