Is every TemplateMonster item available at MonsterONE?

TemplateMonster may carry some items that are not available on MonsterONE subscription and vice versa. In some cases, both platforms offer identical assets. You should therefore check the availability of any items you are interested in before subscribing to MonsterONE.

If the license expires, what will happen?

When your subscription ends, you lose access to the items library at MonsterONE, and the license will no longer be available to you. Licenses for all products used for your completed projects during the active subscription period, however, remain valid. Read our license terms   for more information.

What are the license terms for MonsterONE?

The license terms will help you clearly understand the usage rights and unauthorized actions you should avoid when working with the items provided in the subscription service.

1. Unlimited yearly access

The unlimited yearly access allows you to download and use an unlimited number of products for a year, starting on the date of purchase.

2. Unlimited lifetime access

The unlimited lifetime access lets you download and use any number of products for an unlimited time.
In addition, our items are subject to certain restrictions:

• You are not allowed to redistribute items;
• You are not allowed to use our items for on-demand services like Saas platforms;
• You are not allowed to use items downloaded from MonsterONE to promote your product or services.

You can use any item you get from MonsterONE's subscription service only for creating an end product. Check the license terms   for more details.

Is there a limit on how many downloads I can make?

There is no limit to the number of products you can download for your projects. However, we do not allow mass downloading due to safety measures to prevent fraudulent actions (according to the Terms of Use ,  referring to Anti Fraud Check).

Does MonsterONE Subscription service provide customer support?

All the items included in MonsterONE come with professional support services.
The support services are:

• Included in the subscription for 365 days, starting with the date of purchase, and can be extended;
• Provided via the support ticket system, all the communications are carried out through emails;
• Can’t be provided in case there’s an incompatibility between the items by MonsterONE and one of the third-party products, or if there are any custom changes added to the items.

During the upgrade, can I pay the difference between my current and new plan?

Yes, you can. As you upgrade your subscription plan, our system will automatically calculate the price difference between the number of days remaining in your current subscription and the new subscription plan.

Does MonsterONE offer a refund policy?

Yes, you can get a refund if you have not downloaded any product from MonsterONE within 14 days of the date of purchase.
