No support from the template creator. Submitted a ticket to ask for the creator’s assistance on May 28, 2023. It is June 20, 2023 and I have still not have heard anything from Mukhlasur the creator. I was forced to create my own template and the awards were for a special needs organization. It was time sensitive. Our awards ceremony took place 2 weeks ago! Please do not waste your money purchasing any products from this creator. Absolutely zero support!
