Anil has helped us fix a few things that we wanted a bit more bespoke and has been wonderful and quick. Good communication with author.
I would like to mention here that the theme is beautiful but please please no one buy this theme because the Author service is the worst i have ever seen and dealt with in my entire life. I have been waiting for an answer for over one week keep messaging but no answer at all. I have spending days and days with my team to get the theme ready for my website now the menu button not working and no one here to support. please dont buy this item
Great looking template but a number of Shopify Apps we installed don't work with it. When you revert to a FREE Shopify theme such as DAWN the Apps work fine.
We sent 2 messages to the author for support and no acknowledgement or a response yet, 4 days later...still waiting.
I'm now concerned if this is the level of support to be expected (6 months support included in template purchase)
No point offering support if you are going to take days getting back to customers.
So disappointing!!
Bought 2 different themes over $400 just crap! Author updated so went to download, Now it's to many MB to upload on Shopify. Save your money
