I am extremely disappointing about the… I am extremely disappointing about the service, product and overall experience I had on Template monster. I am a small business owner based in Australia, I bought the complete store solution and my e-commerce was put down for over a week during Christmas time without asking for my permission. When I complaint about it, the customer service told me that, he was told it was only down for 2 hours. Not even with screenshots and images I was able to get a refund. I tried to continue working with them, because the investment on the new e-commerce was already made and my old site was up.Then they went on holidays for over a month. It has been a month since they have returned and nothing has been done well. The template has several important pages missing like the privacy policy page and site map. I havent receive the complete project and several plugins need to be updated and they want to charge me for it. I have made mock up showing exactly how I wanted, made a presentation with the palette of colors. But not even the colors have been changed only on some parts leaving the rest other colors. It is very time consuming having to communicate. I raised another complain and I am still waiting for the reply, it has been 2 days, but I was told I would get an answer in the next few hours. The agent in charge of the product was very rude to me and told me I was wasting time instead of cooperating.

Шаблон работает довольно медленно, сайт с 20 товарами открывается 7 секунд. А в целом все красиво и хорошо. Русского языка в шаблоне изначально нет, но команда templatemonster помогла перевести его на русский.
