Handled partial refunds via actionOrderSlipAdd from a credit slip with the specific items and value net of tax.
Added new settings Measurement Protocol API Secret Refund order statuses multiselect and Refund debug mode adding debug_mode so the event shows in GA4 DebugView.
Implemented refund de-duplication via enhancedecommerce_refund_sent ledger ensuring full refunds are sent once per order and partial refunds once per credit slip to prevent duplicate reporting while tracking distinct partial refunds.
