This Wordpress template is very well structured. The design is beautiful and is a bit different (in a positive way) than the other templates I used to work with. The only thing that I would say that is negative, is the way you edit the template. It's easy to understand when you're the one who create the website, but if you're doing it for a client, it might be a bit complicated to locate where his content is when he needs to change some text on his website. The template also offers a great number of customizing possibility. It's really simple to build a page.
Tl;dr: Editing a bit different than you're used to, but you can learn it easily. Your client might find it complicated to locate his content.
