The template was not meant for regular users. Finding parts of the site to edit took more than 10 minutes each. I got so frustrated, I gave up. Some sections required a developer to recode. So if you don't have a knowledgeable coder on hand, NOT just a WP dev, you're going to have a tough time customizing it the way you want to. Which I found out the hard way.
Edit: I spent 45 minutes today looking for the section to change photos for the template. I gave up and my developer told me it needed to be changed in the backend. What a big waste of time.

Yes, our theme is a bit difficult to configure for developments as it is not built with a page builder like Elementor. But our technical team will help you in this regard. Our theme is especially prepared for end users who want to use it with widgets that do not want to make serious changes in the theme.

The graphics had a lot of errors and I had to write a lot of CSS just to fix front end errors. Also I had to edit the theme's php code because it was not editable by Wordpress. In the end I got to the result but I had to work on it too much time, which should not be so with themes.

Our theme is meticulously reviewed and published by the TemplateMonster team. There are no errors in the CSS code or any of our other codes. Since our theme is not designed with a page builder, it can be a little difficult to edit. Our team will always help and support you in editing the theme.

The template usage and customization is not good. An example, to change properties images the SVG file is corrupted when I try to open it using FontForge app (the same that was used by the creator to generate the file).

Love the theme. Probably going to purchase the setup package for it.
Easy to use template. I made minor changes to it and it was really easy. Also i implemented Elementor so it's easier to change content. Hope u enjoy this one as much as i did. The only downside is that it isn't too easy to change the language at the property description.
