I like to use, as easy to edit and change the style. the file and folder was make in group.

This is a fairly well-made template but I have already had to contact tech support concerning the Google map section. The templates should come with individual instructions such as outlining what it takes to change the address on the Google (two different places AFTER you get a key from Google) and it would be nice if they came with roadmaps to the pages so you can know what lives where. This template also does not seem to have a site map page.
