Though some aspects not related to template its always better to get aware those potential issues. I have to initially face some issues related to the selection of magento version since this was not worked with old php versions. But I would say 70% of the support staff was great. Only few staff they have to further improve. Specially the service should be high for this kind of high cost templates. In general I am so satisfied with the template and its services.
