The theme looks great in the demo.
The theme author lies and says something different every time. This will keep you going for a few weeks.
The theme cannot be used if it cannot be optimized. I would have to pay $180 to optimize it right after installing the theme because otherwise it can't be used.
I would advise everyone not to buy it and would be better off choosing a different theme from a different author.
The Template Monster support doesn't help either. This borders on fraud.
