This template looks and functions great, if you need very minor changes. Unfortunately it is using very old (some were a major version or two old) of common JavaScript libraries. I would have liked to see this template keep up with current technologies on a more frequent basis to avoid having to upgrade several things right off the bat. I absolutely love the animations and sliding that goes on each page. That along with the great choice of layout is why I originally picked this template up. Unfortunately, I had to scrap it overall since it was incredibly difficult trying to make it work within the ASP.NET MVC framework.

Impressive design, responsive and easy to use. I am a developer and going to use this template for real estate project.
